We want you to be completely satisfied with your Onia purchase, which is why we offer easy returns on all unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene liners are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
